Simple and convenient
Landbay lending platform is super easy to use. You just need to add funds using your debit card or bank account transfer and choose wheter you want to invest with Fixed Rate or Tracker Rate. Let me explain you the difference.
Fixed rate – you can lock your investment into (currently) 3.49% fixed rate for up to 5 years
Tracker rate – you invest in 2.3% + 3-month LIBOR. It means every quarter LIBOR might have different rate. Historically it was on higher levels than right now (0.80%).
However, considering where are we right now in the market cycle (November 2018), I’d strongely advise you to consider choosing second option. Tracker rate. It’s quite unusual that LIBOR rate will drop much further. There is a huge possibility that in next months/years it will rise. However, you shouldn’t make this decision based on my opinion. You must do your own research and decide if this is the right thing to do.
Landbay refer a friend program
To get 50£ cashback in Landbay refer a friend program you simply need to invest minimum 5000£ using my link as a referral. Of course additionally you get interest made on investment.
